Sheth is a devoted social worker who is compassionate about the welfare of orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) and youth empowerment in general. Having been in this department for the last 10 years, Sheth plays a pivotal role in coordinating activities under Education and Psychosocial support. Sheth ensures mentorship and health talk sessions are carried out in the identified institutions of learning, Coaching Boys Into Men (CBIM) program for under 17 boys for behavior change and being responsible in society, training out-of-school youth on access to business opportunities, and support to orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) with school fees in collaboration with common interest groups (CIG).
